The Accredited Seller Representative (ASR®) designation has become the benchmark of excellence in seller representation similar to the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation being the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

The ABR® designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®. The ASR® designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Seller Agency Council managed by the RealtyU® Group, the largest network of real estate schools and diversified real estate educational providers in the country.
 
The ASR® is the only trademarked seller agency designation and has been owned and managed by the Seller Agency Council since 1999. Today it is the premiere seller agency designation and more real estate agents carry the ASR® designation than any other seller’s agent designation.
